Admission Procedure

At SAINT UMAR ACADEMY, we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a hassle-free application experience.

Submit the collected documents to the institution for verification. Once verified, proceed with the payment of the admission fee. Upon successful payment and document verification, receive the final admission confirmation. Attend the orientation program and commence classes as per the academic calendar.

Eligibility Criteria

Class with entry age at the start of the academic session. The age criteria for admission in different classes will be in accordance with NEP.

Registration

The second step is to register the child with the school. Parents can purchase the registration form and school prospectus at the admission cell. Please bring:

  • Two latest Passport size photographs of the child
  • A self-attested copy of the Date of Birth certificate

Note: The registration fee is non-refundable and valid only for the specified academic year.

Registration Form Submission

Submit the following documents along with the Registration Form:

  • Copy of the Birth Certificate of the Child
  • Copy of Aadhar Card of the Child and Parents
  • Original TC from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Copy of Report Card of previous class (for Class I onwards)

School Visit & Interaction/Entrance Exams

Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the campus for interaction and evaluation:

  • Grades Nursery to II: Meetings scheduled with designated teacher/class coordinator.
  • Grades III to IX & X: Entrance tests in English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Science, followed by an interaction with the Principal.

Payment of Fees and Admission Confirmation

After completing the above steps, parents can pay the applicable fees to confirm admission. Please note:

  • Admissions are on a First Come, First Served basis.
  • Selected students must submit the form and payment within 48 hours.
  • The school's decision on admissions is final.

Parent Orientation Program

A parent orientation program will be held before the new academic session begins. All new entrants must provide a medical certificate confirming fitness for admission to a residential school.
